About

My name is Libbie, and I am an empathetic and positive designer born and raised in Richmond, Virginia!

Ever since preschool, where I could not be pulled away from the drawing and painting classroom, I have been obsessed with art and design as a form of self-expression. This passion soon extended into the technology space with my early childhood discovery of Microsoft Paint and with middle school computer class, where we learned the basics of web and graphic design.

This profound interest in the intersection of creativity and technology led me to pursue a B.A. in Media Arts & Design with a concentration in Interactive Design and a minor in Studio Art at James Madison University.

Today, I am particularly passionate about visual design within the marketing space. A lot of my work takes inspiration from women's fashion, travel, colorful abstract art, intersectional feminist literature, and 70s music.

I am currently working as a Creative Design Analyst at Accenture Song in Philadelphia.

This portfolio website was hand-coded from scratch using HTML and CSS.
